Systematic manuscript evaluation and editorial standards
For ICoTriCE 2026, the FrappeHub system is used as an integrated conference management platform to facilitate the entire manuscript handling process, beginning with abstract submission, followed by full paper submission, peer review, revision, and final acceptance.
Authors can submit their abstracts through the system, after which the organizing committee conducts an initial screening or evaluation. Upon abstract acceptance, authors are invited to upload their full papers for further assessment.
The submitted manuscripts are then assigned to reviewers through the platform, enabling a systematic peer-review process. Reviewers provide their comments and recommendations, which are compiled by the committee to determine whether the paper should be accepted, revised and resubmitted, or rejected.
The system also supports the submission of camera-ready manuscripts and related conference documentation, ensuring efficient management of the entire publication workflow.
To ensure the highest publication standards, all manuscripts will undergo the following process:
A plagiarism screening policy shall be implemented using the Turnitin platform (Turnitin.com). Authors are required to attach a Turnitin similarity report with each manuscript submission.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and originality of all images submitted for publication.
Any images generated or modified using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools must be clearly disclosed in the corresponding figure captions and included in the manuscript’s Generative AI Disclosure Statement.

Share your research in prestigious indexed venues
Selected accepted papers at ICoTriCE 2026 will be published in MyCite-indexed journal, Reaction Kinetics Mechanism and Catalysis (Q3) and The International Journal of Nanoelectronics and Materials (Q4), subject to rigorous peer review and the editor's final decision.
